4.7 Event Indication Messages

Event indication messages are the mechanism by which protocol and software error

events are reported to the application. These messages are generated asynchronously

by different modules within the stack.

The messages in the event indication category include:

MGT_MSG_EVENT_IND – Error Indication

SSD_MSG_STATE_IND - Board Status Indication

API_MSG_CNF_IND - Configuration Completion Status Indication

MVD_MSG_LIU_STATUS - LIU Status Indication

MGT_MSG_SS7_EVENT - MTP2 Q.791 Event Indication
